  • How quickly do you respond?

    Within 30 minutes during business hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:00. Requests sent on Sunday are handled on Monday morning.

  • What happens after I send the brief?

    A manager will contact you, clarify the details and schedule a short online meeting. After it, we'll send you a work plan and a cost estimate.

  • Is the consultation paid?

    No, the first consultation is free and carries no obligation. If the project isn't a fit for us, we'll tell you honestly and suggest who to turn to.

  • Do you work under a contract?

    Yes. We fix the scope, timeline and price in a contract, with payment in stages. We work with clients from Ukraine and abroad.
